Charity’s athletic journey began with dance, where she honed her skills throughout college, performing on a competitive dance team and with a traveling dance company. Her passion for movement remained strong as she explored other disciplines, including acro and yoga, before venturing into rock climbing and calisthenics. This diverse training eventually led her to compete on NBC’s American Ninja Warrior for three seasons. During season 13, she became a top qualifier in her region and advanced to the semifinals. Following her success on the show, Charity expanded her repertoire to include contortion and aerial acrobatics. Drawing on her extensive strength training and graceful dance background, she now creates captivating performances that blend power and artistry.


Aerial Acrobatics
With her extensive dance background and a deep passion for calisthenics and climbing, Charity's love for aerial arts comes as no surprise. She specializes in a variety of apparatuses, including Lyra, Lollipop Lyra, Sling, and the unique Aerial Anchor. She has performed for a variety of events including galas, fashion shows, and ambient gigs.



Yoga
Yoga has played a central role in Charity's athletic journey, supporting her through every phase of her career. The blend of core strength, flexibility, and mental relaxation has been foundational to her success. Over the years, she has created instructional videos, taught numerous classes, and even gone viral with training sessions alongside her children. Her passion and influence have earned her features in Buzzfeed, Glamour Magazine, and appearances on local TV stations.
